Terms and Conditions

                                                      Seminole Crane Inc – Terms and Conditions

             1. Scope of Services

  • Seminole Crane Inc  provides crane rental, lifting, rigging, and related services to clients in accordance with the agreed scope of work. All services will be performed in a professional manner and in compliance with applicable laws and safety standards.

               2. Equipment and Operators

  • All rented cranes will be supplied with qualified, certified operators unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Company reserves the right to substitute equipment or personnel as needed to meet operational or safety requirements.

              3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for:
  • Providing accurate site information and lift plans if not handled by the Company.
     
  • Ensuring proper ground conditions and access to the work site.
     
  • Coordinating with other contractors and ensuring the site is ready for lifting operations.
     
  • Acquiring all necessary permits (unless agreed otherwise).
     

              4. Safety and Compliance

  • Safety is our top priority. Both parties agree to comply with OSHA, ANSI, and other applicable safety regulations. Seminole Crane Inc reserves the right to halt work at any time if unsafe conditions are present.

              5. Liability and Insurance

  • Seminole Crane Inc maintains general liability and equipment insurance. Clients are responsible for ensuring their own insurance covers site conditions, third-party risks, and any property not owned by Seminole Crane Inc. The Company is not liable for delays or damages resulting from site inaccessibility, weather conditions, or miscommunication.

              6. Payment Terms

  • Invoices are due within [30] days of receipt unless otherwise stated in the service agreement. Late payments may incur a fee of [5%] per month. All quotes are subject to change if the scope of work is modified.

              7. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations within [24–48 hours] of the scheduled work may be subject to a cancellation fee, including costs associated with mobilization or loss of scheduled time.

              8. Force Majeure

  • Seminole Crane Inc is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, or equipment breakdowns not caused by negligence.

             9. Governing Law

  • These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], and any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of that state.

             10. Amendments

  • These terms and conditions may be updated by Seminole Crane Inc at any time. The latest version will always be provided upon request or included in new service agreements.

Return and Refund Policy

 

At Seminole Crane Inc, we take pride in providing dependable, safe, and professional crane and rigging services. Because of the nature of our work—where equipment, labor, and scheduling are coordinated in advance—we maintain the following refund and cancellation policy:

1. Cancellations

  • More than 48 hours before scheduled service:
    A full refund will be issued, minus any administrative or planning fees already incurred.
     
  • Within 24–48 hours of scheduled service:
    A partial refund may be issued, minus any mobilization fees, planning time, or lost scheduling costs.
     
  • Less than 24 hours before scheduled service or no-show:
    No refund will be issued. The full amount will be charged due to labor, equipment, and logistics being committed.
     

2. Weather Delays

In the event of weather conditions that prevent safe operation:

  • Services will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
     
  • If a client chooses to cancel instead of rescheduling, a partial refund may be issued, based on costs already incurred.
     

3. Equipment or Service Issues (Company Responsibility)

If a job cannot be completed due to equipment failure or operator error caused by Seminole Crane Inc:

  • The client will receive a full or pro-rated refund based on the portion of the service completed.
     
  • Alternatively, the job may be rescheduled at no additional charge.
     

4. Client-Site Issues

If services cannot be performed due to site inaccessibility, lack of permits, or unsafe conditions that are the client’s responsibility:

  • No refund will be issued.
     
  • Additional charges may apply for rescheduling or demobilization.
     

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
     
  • A confirmation email or invoice adjustment will be provided.
     

6. Custom Jobs / Special Equipment

For custom jobs or specialty equipment that requires pre-ordering or subcontracting:

  • Refunds are not guaranteed once the order is confirmed.
     
  • Cancellations may be subject to non-refundable deposits or third-party charges.
